All domestic orders can take up to 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri) after your order is processed. All International order can take up to 14 business days (Mon-Fri) after your order is processed. In most cases, it only takes 1-2 days to process your order. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time, therefore, to estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following:   Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time.   Shipping Time depends on customer’s preference. You will be notified by e-mail once your order is shipped. In some instances, there may be unexpected delays.

If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone. WE DO NOT PROCESS ORDERS ON WEEKENDS.  

Please note that your order and any information within your order cannot be changed or canceled. We understand sometimes you may want to cancel your order or you may change your mind; therefore, if you receive items that you do not want, you can return them for an exchange or refund - please refer to our Return Policy for procedures.
