All domestic orders can take up to 5 business days (Mon-Fri) after your order is processed. All International order can take up to 10 business days (Mon-Fri) after your order is processed. In most cases, it only takes 1-2 days to process your order. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time, therefore, to estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following:   Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time.   Shipping Time depends on customer’s preference. You will be notified by e-mail once your order is shipped. In some instances, there may be unexpected delays.

If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone. WE DO NOT PROCESS ORDERS ON WEEKENDS.  

Please note that your order and any information within your order cannot be changed or canceled. We understand sometimes you may want to cancel your order or you may change your mind; therefore, if you receive items that you do not want, you can return them for an exchange or refund - please refer to our Return Policy for procedures. Exchanges

Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same item as long as a return request is submitted within 14 days from the date you receive your merchandise. No exchanges will be made after this 14-day period. Any shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds

 Merchandise can be returned for a full refund as long as:

1.   A return request is submitted within 14 days from the date you receive your merchandise

2.   All shipping material, packaging, user manual(s), warranty card and included accessories, parts and supplies are included with the returned merchandise

3.   Return shipping charge is paid for by the customer

Any returned merchandise that do not satisfy the above conditions for a full refund are subject to a Return Fee charge. A Return Fee will be free on all merchandise that have an opened package, are used or missing shipping material, packaging, user manual(s), warranty card, accessories, parts and/or supplies.

No returns will be accepted for merchandise that are damaged, disfigured, scratched, abused or missing the original packaging. In this case, no refund or exchange will be honored and merchandise will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If the customer is not willing to pay for the shipping expense, merchandise will be discarded.

Please note, we may choose to refund the full amount of the returned merchandise if we determined that to be appropriate.

Refunds are issued in the same form of payment used for purchase usually within 14 days from the date the product was received at the appropriate distribution center.
